The Crew of the USS Polaris NCC-782-A
Commanding officer: Capt. Evelyn "Eve" Megyeri A native of Tihany, Hungary, she is a wildcard. Unpredictable, easy to annoy but hard to actually anger, she would wear a "Thirty and flirty" shirt when not in uniform – even though she is over forty. She literally submitted her application as CO of the Polaris like "Wasn't the old ship commanded by a Space Hunky too?" On the other hand, she is highly intelligent, knows how to talk herself out of tough situations, and has a successful deep space command behind her before commanding the Polaris. First officer: Lt. Cmdr. Garrel Halloran An African-American native of Detroit, he is Captain Megyeri's old friend, psychologist and occasional punching bag. He is the living soul of the crew, knowing when to use a gentle word and when to shout at you like a banshee. He is a great organizer, and while not technically part of the command branch, no-one would question him when put in charge of the Polaris (usually when Capt. Megyeri decides to go on
