the Blackout Class Light Cruiser was design and produced during The Earth-Minbari War as a means of slowing the Minbari Advance, which failed due to the vast difference in technology. Despite this the Blackout Class saw continuous production even after the war, the Blackout class was liked for its firepower but at the same time it has hated for its cramped space and lack of gravity.
